The JUFA Investment Group headquarters are located in Plzeň on Karlovarská Avenue in Villa Marie. The villa was designed in 1898 by the architect František Krásný. The listed building, which was constructed in the Art Noveau style, dominates the avenue and is an architectural gem.
JUFA Investment Group purchased the villa in 2007 and is currently renovating it with the aim of returning the villa to its former glory. In this way, JUFA Investment Group is seeking to fulfil its vision and philosophy – to combine historical values with a sustainable environment.
